Hi, I like were your going with this but one issue illudes me and that is the fact that sometimes your a hero and some times the bum so what happens from a compensation persective when a superstar loses their superstar status. What if for example, my sales drop due to industry conditions but if I benchmark the industry, my performance drops less than others?
It seems to me that how we measure superstar performance is critical so what do you think the criteria should be especially for those who are not in revenue generating positions.
