Larry has been a member of several Boards and currently serves as a Director for a rapidly growing high-tech company and a member of the Compensation Committee of a prominent ESOP.

STEVE SMITH, LTC's Director of Client Solutions, has consulted on hundreds of compensation initiatives, including the design of complex short and long-term incentive plans. Steve's passion is working closely with clients to develop solutions that allow them to utilize their total compensation programs to attract & retain top caliber talent, while realizing a solid ROI. Steve holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Woodbury University and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/ Law from California State University, Northridge.
